Shipping policy
We currently deliver across Morocco. Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation and delivered by a trackable courier. Replace the courier name and final service levels before launch.
Delivery estimates
Casablanca, Rabat, Mohammedia: 1–2 business days
Other Moroccan cities: 2–5 business days
Remote areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery cost
Standard delivery is 30 MAD. Delivery is free for orders of 600 MAD or more. The exact fee is shown before payment.
Tracking and delays
A tracking number is sent by email or SMS when your order ships. If a parcel is delayed or appears lost, contact us at 0609409382 with your order number so we can open a courier investigation.
