Return & refund policy

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. This policy is independent from our Terms of service.

How to start a return

Contact maddahishop at 0609409382 with your order number and the items you want to return. We will confirm eligibility and provide the return instructions before you ship anything.

Return cost

Return shipping is paid by the customer at an estimated cost of 30–50 MAD, unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or we sent the wrong item.

Condition requirements

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging. Please include your order number inside the parcel.

Refund method and timing

After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe within 7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

Exceptions

Final-sale items, personalized or custom items, underwear, swimwear with removed hygiene seals, and gift cards are not eligible for return. Any final-sale product is labelled clearly on its product page.
