Store and purchases

maddahishop sells clothing and accessories to customers in Morocco. Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams. Orders are confirmed after Stripe authorizes payment, and we may cancel orders containing pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailable items.

Product information

We work to keep descriptions, colors, sizes, and availability accurate. Screen settings may affect how colors appear. Product ownership transfers after full payment and delivery.

Payment and responsibility

Stripe processes card and payment details securely; maddahishop does not store full card numbers. To the extent allowed by Moroccan law, liability is limited to the value of the affected order.

Applicable law

These terms are intended to be governed by Moroccan law. Add the competent court and final registered business details before publishing.
